Defamiliarizing Berlin, dot by dot, South Korean Artist Hyehyeon Kwon invites Berliners to look at the city through outsider’s eyes in her solo exhibition “Movable Point” at SomoS

From the 12th to the 16th of October, 2021, 2 - 7 pm, SomoS presents the first exhibition by Hyehyeon Kwon in Berlin, featuring installation, ceramic works and drawings. "Movable Point" showcases works produced by Hyehyeon during an extended artist residency at SomoS.

Artist-in-Residence In Berlin Exchange Meetup -- SomoS Arthouse / GlogauAIR

On the 28th of October, SomoS welcomed our colleagues from GlogauAIR to meet the artists in their studios and gain insight into current works being created at SomoS. These ongoing Artist-in-Residence exchange meetings aim to provide a chance for both houses’ resident artists to visit each other's studios, share and discuss their creative work process, creating opportunities for cooperation, support, or friendship.

2021.09.18 - 19 Open Studios Neukölln 2021

In the 2021 “Open Studios Neukölln,” taking place Saturday, 18.09.2021 from 2-8 pm, and Sunday, 19.09.2021 from 12-6 pm, Neukölln-based artists will again open their studios at 34 locations. I open my studio as well in SomoS, inviting you to get to know my work personally!
